Shipping Policy

At Accent Logos n' Stitches, we craft and ship custom apparel and promotional goods right from our facility in Ottawa, Ontario.

Processing & Production Times

• Standard In-Stock Products: Processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  
• Custom & Decorated Apparel (Screen Printing, Embroidery, Twill): Production times vary based on proof approval and order size (typically 5–10 business days). Estimated completion dates will be communicated upon proof approval.
  

Delivery Options & Shipping Rates

1. Standard Carrier Shipping (Canada & USA)

• Rates are calculated live at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination via standard carriers (Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx).
  
• Estimated transit times:
  Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
  Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
  United States: 4–8 business days (Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes)

2. Local Store Pickup (Ottawa) — Free

• Avoid shipping fees by selecting Local Pickup at checkout.
  
• Pickup Location: 3188 Swansea Crescent, Ottawa, ON K1G 3W4
  
• Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  
• You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.
  

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to populate on the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at (613) 745-6565 or via email so we can assist you.
